TimePlan Education in Tonbridge, Kent are recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their established team.  As an education recruitment specialist at TimePlan you will be responsible for developing business, going out on client visits, interviewing candidates, and ensuring you place the best suited teachers in supply positions. You will be able to build upon your client base and have the opportunity to move into management by growing and developing a team. You will be based in modern offices and have a state of the art IT system to help take your recruiting skills to another level. TimePlan has built its name on delivering excellent results to its clients whilst building outstanding rapport .
Starting salaries are negotiable depending on what each applicant can bring to the table, but you should expect an OTE of £40k minimum in your first year.
Required Skills:
* Have previous recruitment experience
* Proven record of working to and exceeding targets
* Experience of success in a high pressure environment
* Current full driving licence

* Have the right to work in the UK.

Normal working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm on a rota basis, during school holidays working hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm
